The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings. Understanding them is important, as all provisions of these terms must be read in light of these definitions.

fancywin reserves the right to verify a member's registration information at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or closed and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Your password must be sufficiently strong and must not be shared with anyone. fancywin will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with another person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately. fancywin provides support 24 hours a day via live chat and email. It is recommended that you change your password from time to time to keep your account secure.

• Always log in from a secure internet connection.
• Remember to log out at the end of each session.
• Do not use the "Remember Password" option on public or shared devices.
• Never share your OTP with anyone — fancywin will never ask for your OTP.

fancywin reserves the right to verify a member's identity before processing financial transactions and large withdrawals. If this process is not completed, the withdrawal request may be delayed or placed on hold.

4.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of your National ID card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address — a recent bank statement or utility bill.
• Proof of ownership of your payment method — such as mobile banking account details.

4.2 Use of Information

Information collected for KYC will be used solely for the purpose of identity verification and fraud prevention. This information will not be sold to third parties. 5.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on fancywin via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

When making a deposit, ensure that the payment method is registered in your own name. Using another person's payment method may result in the account being placed under investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

5.3 Withdrawals with Bonus Funds

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

6.2 Weekly Reload Bonus

The weekly fancywin Reload Festival offers a 50% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement. Minimum deposit is ৳500.

6.3 Other Bonuses

The fancywin Slots Fun Bonus (up to 30% daily on slots up to ৳3,000, 20x wagering), Birthday Gift (up to ৳1,000, 10x wagering), Friend Referral Reward (up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering), and Weekend Cricket Dhamaka Bonus (up to 25% up to ৳4,000, 12x wagering) are available subject to applicable terms.

6.4 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.
• fancywin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

7.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or event and may vary by game or market. The applicable limits will be clearly stated in the relevant game or betting market.

7.2 Settlement of Results

The outcome of bets on sports events will be determined based on the announcement by the relevant authority. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, fancywin will settle bets in line with standard industry practice. For live casino and other games, the game provider's records will be treated as final.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a network disconnection, server issue, or device fault, fancywin will settle the bet according to the system record. It is the member's own responsibility to ensure the best possible connection.

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Conducting transactions in a deliberate attempt to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Registering an account using false or misleading information.

fancywin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent transactions or fraud.
• Evidence of an account being operated by a minor.
• An order from a court or government authority.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months with no activity).

A member may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any outstanding balance will be returned following the standard withdrawal process, provided no conditions restrict it.

9.1 Right of Appeal

If an account is suspended, the member may request a review through the 24/7 support team. fancywin will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time.

In any dispute, fancywin system records will be used as the final evidence. If a member has a complaint, it must be submitted formally through the support channel.
